With formal education in computer science and behavioural psychology, Laurier blends technical expertise with a deep understanding of how people interact with technology — making his support not only effective, but also genuinely user-friendly.
Laurier specializes in everything from micro-soldering and circuit board repair to systems optimization and network setup. His unique combination of academic training and real-world problem-solving allows him to diagnose issues quickly and communicate solutions clearly.
Before launching Rochon IT, Laurier built a reputation for approachable service and technical excellence in roles supporting individuals, schools, and small businesses. His deep knowledge of both hardware and software means clients benefit from fast turnaround times without sacrificing quality — and always in plain language they can understand.
